The name ‘Serbato’ means “put aside” or “reserved” for friends; it is a blend of separately aged  wines, each with a strong personality, which originated from the idea of uniting the characteristics of Barbera and Cabernet Sauvignon from the best vintages.

The initial impact on the nose is of a complex wine, which reaches the palate revealing its significant structure, presenting an interesting balance between the freshness of Barbera and the smoothness of a barrel refined Cabernet Sauvignon.

Production of this wine is limited.
